Knipje is free for up to 100 customers. After that, Basis costs €19 a month billed yearly or €24 a month billed monthly, and Pro costs €39 a month (excl. VAT). You try everything free for 14 days and can cancel any month.
We only ask for a first name; birthday and e-mail are optional. Everything is stored in a database in the EU and only you and your team can see it. The data stays yours; we only process it to make the card work, and we sign a data processing agreement for that. Customers can delete their card and data themselves.
Yes. With Basis or Pro you can create a temporary card next to your regular stamp card, with a start and end date, for example a loyalty promotion around the holidays or your shop's opening. Afterwards, customers have another 30 days to collect their reward.
Yes. Let your customer create the digital card, scan it and tap “Transfer paper card”. Enter the number of stamps and you're done.
